Bookings Policy
- • Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- • Cancellation fees may apply.
- • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- • Emergency cases take priority — delays may occur.

- • Gap payment only required on the day.
- • We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit card, and cash.
- • VetPay and ZipPay accepted.
